What reviewers think

Cottage Grove earns strong praise for its welcoming atmosphere, attentive educators, and quality facilities. Families report children thrive, settle quickly, and benefit from engaging spaces and nutritious meals prepared on site. Staff members are named with gratitude across reviews spanning years.

However, recent complaints raise serious concerns about staff turnover, supervision gaps, nappy care lapses, and-most troubling-alleged incidents (pushing a child, multiple biting incidents) not reported properly to parents. Some reviewers note tension in the room and question whether management responds adequately to escalated concerns.
