Five-star reviews highlight staff warmth and children settling quickly, with specific praise for educators like Megan, Sweta, Chloe, Angela and Francis. However, recent one and two-star reviews flag a sharp decline since Catholic Education took over, citing dirty environments, inadequate supervision, poor communication and staff instability. Older reviews from years prior describe caring routines and good adult-child ratios, but concerns about the service's current management direction and safety standards persist.

Cottage Grove earns strong praise for its welcoming atmosphere, attentive educators, and quality facilities. Families report children thrive, settle quickly, and benefit from engaging spaces and nutritious meals prepared on site. Staff members are named with gratitude across reviews spanning years. Some reviewers note tension in the room and question whether management responds adequately to escalated concerns.
