Most families speak of a stable, caring team and a welcoming community where children thrive. Staff have stayed for years, the spaces stay clean and well-organised, and the centre manager is hands-on and approachable.
Two one-star reviews flag communication gaps during a disease outbreak and concerns about understaffing, though the bulk of feedback describes attentive educators, thoughtful learning programs, and meals prepared with fresh ingredients. A designated art specialist and frequent excursions set it apart from competitors nearby.

All six reviews are five-star. Nico, the primary caregiver, is consistently praised for patience, attentiveness, and building strong bonds with each child. Parents highlight regular contact, outdoor activities, and a joyful learning environment where children feel safe and eager to attend.
Parents report their babies thrive in KindyROO's Platypus and other classes, praising educators Hannah, Sheralee, Felicity and Sarah for creating warm, skill-building sessions. Music, movement and tummy time keep babies engaged while staff offer home support ideas.
Educators are warmly remembered for patience and dedication across multiple years, with parents valuing the caring atmosphere and their children's visible growth.
